Heather Leigh Pollock joined the firm’s Social Security Disability Department in 2019. After working in human services working directly with individuals with disabilities and mental illness for ten years, Heather is happy to return to her roots by helping claimants obtain Social Security Disability benefits.
Heather grew up in the Capital District and attended The College of Saint Rose where she majored in psychology. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2016. While in law school, Heather interned at the Public Defender and District Attorney offices in the Capital District.
After graduation, Heather worked at Burke, Scolamiero & Hurd, LLP, an insurance defense firm. Following this Heather worked at Tully Rinckey PLLC working on criminal law, family law, bankruptcy law, debt collection law and various civil matters. Heather authored several dispositive motions resulting in positive outcomes for her clients.
Heather is admitted in the New York State courts and the Northern District of New York. Heather has a great love for dogs and live rock and roll music.
