The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers has announced that Alex C. Dell has been accepted into the prestigious College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. Alex is one of only fifteen (15) lawyers from New York who have been accepted into the College, and only one (1) of two (2) lawyers north of New York City who represent injured workers’ before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. “I am honored and privileged to be admitted to the College, and will of course continue to proudly represent individuals with their New York State Workers’ Compensation, New York State Disability Retirement, and Social Security Disability/Supplemental Security Income claims.” Alex will be formally admitted into the College at the 10th Annual Induction Dinner in March of 2016 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers honors those attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the practice in the field of workers’ compensation. Members have been nominated for the outstanding traits they have developed in their practice of twenty (20) years or longer, representing injured workers, employers, serving as judges, or acting for the benefit of all in education, overseeing agencies, and developing legislation.
