For over ten (10) years, I have devoted my time and energy representing injured and disabled workers in need of various state and federal wage and medical benefits, including New York State Workers’ Compensation, New York State Disability Retirement, and Social Security Disability.

My practice also involves representation of injured policemen, firemen, and correction officers seeking wage and medical benefits pursuant to New York’s General Municipal Law Section 207-a and 207-c.

As a member of the Executive Committee of the Workers’ Compensation Division of the New York State Bar Association, I frequently teach attorneys who are interested in becoming more familiar with the New York York State Workers Compensation Law.

I also regularly speak to various labor unions to educate the members about their rights under the New York State Workers’ Compensation Law.
