Firm History

Alex C. Dell - Attorney at LawFounding partner, Alex C. Dell, began The Law Firm of Alex C. Dell in 2005 after working for ten years as a partner in a large, New York based firm.  Alex’s genuine desire to help others, coupled with his strong work ethic and vast knowledge of the firm’s practice areas, have contributed significantly to the firm’s success. 

In 2005, as a solo practitioner, Alex started his practice in a small office in Albany.  Within just one year, Alex’s business grew tremendously which forced a move into larger office space. 

Currently, the firm operates with four attorneys and 10 staff members in the areas of NYS Workers’ Compensation Law, Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income, NYS Disability Retirement, as well as other disability benefits law areas. 

The firm’s attorneys are admitted to practice before all New York State Courts, and regularly attend administrative hearings before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, as well as hearings before federal administrative law judges at the Social Security Administration.
